Honey Jars make great Wedding Favors – A Video

Last week  our Honey jars make great Wedding Favors video was completed and uploaded to the internet. The Honey Favors video was a long time in the making – the first attempt to create a video was begun a year ago but did not come to fruition. So we decided to begin a search for a new videographer. We made our final videographer choice just after Christmas and the actual filming was completed on January 15th.  The filming of the interview was done in a wonderful Club House room at the Deal Country Club. The background filming was completed at our Honey House and in Mary’s Beeswax Candle Workshop. The videographer and two film crew members were professional and prepared; they brought the best audio and lighting equipment. Of course a number of  audio and  camera  problems were encountered during the filming but the team was able to overcome every issue. The Honey Wedding Favor video was uploaded to the internet on January 20th.  Additional filming is scheduled for early spring. These upcoming videos will be more technical and the content will be geared towards fellow beekeepers. They will cover queen rearing using the Cloake Board, managing honeybees naturally and preparing Winter Nucs.
