About Our Wedding Favor Honey
Unlike mass-market honey, which is often manufactured and processed overseas, our honey is naturally made without the use of any miticides (fluvalinate, coumaphos, thymol) or formic acid.  We let our bees fend for themselves and develop their own natural resistance to the bee mites that are impacting honeybees in North America.

Each one of our local bees visits as many as 100 flowers during each trip from the hive. They even do a little “dance” to let the other bees know where the good nectar and pollen is.
We bottle EMWeddingFavors  Honey in small batches based on which nectar sources are in season.
For our unique and edible Honey Wedding Favors, we offer two Jersey Fresh Wildflower Honey Wedding Favors: Spring Wildflower - which is light in color and mild in flavor, and comes from the nectars the Honeybees collect during the Spring and early Summer including Maple, Apple, Willow, Locust and Wild Strawberry nectars.
Summer Wildflower - which is amber in color and is more robust in flavor and comes from the nectars the Honeybees collect during the Summer including Linden, Tulip and Red and White Clover nectars.
