We offer two varieties of Wildflower Honey in our Wedding Favors: Spring Wildflower which is light in color and mild in flavor, and is made from the nectars the honeybees collect during early and late Spring including maple, apple, willow, locust and wild strawberry nectars.
 
Our all-natural Summer Wildflower honey is amber in color and is more robust in flavor. It's made from the nectars the honeybees collect during the early and late Summer inccluding linden, tulip poplar, and crimson, white and sweet clover nectars.

The Origin of the Word - Honeymoon
 
Honey and the tradition of the honeymoon or "honeyed moon" goes back hundreds of years. The word honeymoon has origins in northern Europe where the tradition involved drinking mead, a sweet wine made from fermented honey.
